By purchasing the South Dakota Residency Support service from Your Best Address, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Scope of Service

South Dakota Residency Support is a concierge-style assistance service designed to help clients understand and navigate the general requirements for establishing South Dakota residency. This service may include guidance related to mailing address use, documentation checklists, and general process education.

This service does not guarantee residency approval and does not replace decisions made by state agencies, financial institutions, or third parties.

No Legal, Tax, or Government Authority

Your Best Address is not a law firm, CPA firm, or government agency and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. All information provided is for general informational purposes only. Clients are responsible for consulting with qualified professionals if legal or tax advice is required.

Client Responsibility

The client is solely responsible for:

Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information

Completing all required state, DMV, USPS, and third-party forms

Appearing in person when required by the State of South Dakota

Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

Failure to meet residency requirements or third-party standards does not constitute a failure of service.

No Guarantees or Outcomes Promised

Residency approval, acceptance by financial institutions, insurance providers, government agencies, or employers is not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances and third-party review processes outside of Your Best Address’s control.

Relationship to Mailbox Services

South Dakota Residency Support may require an active mailbox membership with Your Best Address. Residency support services do not replace or modify standard mailbox terms, USPS CMRA compliance requirements, or Form 1583 obligations.

Non-Refundable Service

Due to the nature of this service and the time, resources, and administrative support involved, South Dakota Residency Support fees are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of outcome or decision by third parties.

No Use as Legal Proof

Residency support services, invoices, communications, or guidance provided by Your Best Address do not constitute legal proof of residency on their own. Final determination of residency status is made solely by the State of South Dakota and related agencies.

Limitation of Liability

Your Best Address shall not be held liable for:

Denials, delays, or rejections by government agencies or institutions

Changes in state laws, policies, or residency requirements

Client errors, omissions, or failure to follow instructions

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the residency support service.

Acceptance of Terms

Purchase of this service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
